What We Help With

Installation and setup, app usage, cloud sync, bug reports, and feature requests across macOS, Windows, iPhone, and iPad.

Before you contact us

Including a few details helps us resolve your issue quickly:

  • Platform and version — e.g. macOS v1.2.0 (find the version on the Releases page).
  • What happened — the steps that led to the problem, and what you expected instead.
  • Screenshots or a screen recording — especially helpful for display or layout issues.

Frequently asked questions

Where are my files stored?

All projects and files are stored locally on your device. Glit is a file-based editor, so your work stays portable and under your control. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How does cloud sync work?

On macOS and Windows, install your cloud provider's desktop app (Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive) and keep your projects in its synced folder. On iPhone and iPad, Glit connects directly to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive through their official sign-in.

Which platforms is Glit available on?

Glit is available for macOS, Windows, iPhone, and iPad. Android is in development. See the Store for links, or the Releases page for every version.

I bought Glit on one platform — do I need to buy it again?

Each store (Mac App Store, Microsoft Store, App Store) manages purchases separately, so a purchase on one platform does not carry over to another. Your projects, however, are plain files you can open on any platform.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email kr.johng@gmail.com with your platform, app version, and a short description. Feature ideas are always welcome.

Where can I see what changed in each update?

Read the per-version notes on the Releases page, or the full history in the Changelog.
